Scheduling principals:
- Morning meeting time – recommended not before 9AM, the volunteers’ morning travel time to the meeting point can take even a few hours
- Heat stress – Generally, in many places in Israel between April and October there is a difficulty in carrying out outdoor physical activity during the hours 11AM – 3PM
- Daylight – During winter time (November-March) the daylight hours are gradually shortening and in its peak sunset is around 5PM
